Training

There are so many aspects around an individual's training program for Triathlon.  What are my goals?  How much time do I have to train?  Who can I train with?  The list goes on!

We realise that there are several distiinct (and sometimes overlapping) groups involved in this great sport.  To this effect, many clubs and governing bodies break their squads/competitions into discrete groups: Juniors (less than 18), Age-Groupers (18 and over), Development (usually Juniors at an advanced level looking to compete at State and National level), and Elites (athletes competing at an elite level).

Junior programs

PRTSC junior programs focus on creating a fun and safe environment for juniors to develop in our sport. We emphasize on being inclusive of all abilities with an aim of juniors developing a lifelong love of Triathlon.
